Refund policy

At Joyboy Merch, every figure is inspected for paint quality and packaging before dispatch.

1. Free Replacements for Transit Damage:
We provide a 100% Free Replacement if your figure is damaged during courier transit.
• Mandatory Requirement: You must share an uncut 360° unboxing video showing the shipping label and damaged part to our Instagram DM (@joyboymerch) within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once packed and assigned to a courier, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Returns & Refunds:
Due to the collectible nature of anime figures, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a replacement piece is out of stock, a 100% refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
